Tervetuloa venyttelemään! Tunnin venyttelyteknikka perustuu voimistelullisiin venytyksiin, jooga- ja pilatesharjoituksiin sekä kehon oikeisiin linjoihin ja lihasryhmien käyttöön. Venyttelytunnit soveltuvat kaikenikäisille ja tasoisille, tunneilla edetään oman liikkuvuuden mukaan.

Welcome to stretching-course! The stretching technique of the class is based on gymnastic stretching, yoga and pilates exercises, as well as the correct lines of the body and the use of muscle groups. Stretching classes are suitable for all ages and levels, the classes are progressed according to one's own mobility.
